Yeast Beta Glucan is a polysaccharide with immune activity that exists in the cell wall of yeast . It is mainly a high molecular polysaccharide with B -1.3- D - glucan as the main chain and B -1.6- D - glucan as the branched chain .
Our glucan uses biological modification to reduce its degree of polymerization through B -1.3- glucan endonu - clease , resulting in a fully water - soluble glucan with specifications of 90%,80%, and 70%.
